Record Video with ScreenPal
Open that MP4 with Audacity, export the audio as an mp3
Upload the MP3 audio file into https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance
Download the resulting .WAV file, and open the video file again in ScreenPal and edit.
On the right side, where it says “Computer Audio” select Import WAV file, yes the one you created with the https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance
In top left of Screen Pal, click on Done Editing Video file and save as video file.
